Description of the wine: we are enchanted by the typical bouquet and the aroma of the wine with a touch of elder blossoms, peppers, and a trace of melon. The wine is full bodied and appropriate levels of acid and alcohol produce its freshness.
We recommend: freshwater fish dishes, pasta and “frtalje,” a regional omelette speciality.
